Reverse Engineering consists of the digital reconstruction of an exhisting physical piece in order to improve it or to integrate it in new projects. Reconstruction is based on the points which are the result of the photometric optical scanning. This technology is usable with any kind of material, shape and size of the object to detect. The same technology is used for dimensional control, that is to say the comparison between the digital model and the real object.


Esedra can supply prototypes realized with different technologies. The aim of prototyping is to physically check and verify the results of the engineering and development phase, in order to evaluate aesthetics, dimensions and functionality of products.
